Every year, Madeira welcomes students from all around the world to our campus. Below, please find information and requirements specifically for international applicants.
This year, standardized testing is optional for admission to Madeira. If you do not submit test scores, please submit a Graded Essay from the current year. We accept SSAT, ISEE, PSAT or SAT scores:
Test registration must be done in advance, and scores must be sent directly to Madeira from the testing agency. For the PSAT or SAT, we accept a copy of the parent or guidance counselor score report.
Campus Visit & Interview
All students must complete an interview as part of their application for admission. We welcome prospective international students to visit campus in person. Alternatively, a Zoom interview can be scheduled through your Ravenna account or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students from China are required to interview first through Vericant. Applicants with strong fluency may request to schedule a campus visit or virtual interview with a member of the Madeira Admissions Office once their application and Vericant interview have been reviewed.
Applications and all supporting documents must be received or postmarked by January 15. Applications received after January 15 will be considered on a space-available basis.
